    Training Programs

    • Light Exercise & Body Toning

    Optional Warm Up: Jump-start your workouts and help minimize injuries with a warm up that prepares your muscles to do more. Use it on the lowest setting on target muscle area before any workout routine. 

    Active Training: Use the EMS Training Pads with a light workout routine for 10-20 minutes a day will enhance the effectiveness of your workout to achieve the body shape you want faster. Start on the lowest setting to ensure you are comfortable with the strength of the electrical impulses and slowly increase the intensity. Start with 3 days a week and let your body get accustomed to the different workout pace before increasing to 5 days a week or more.

    • Muscle Building & Performance Training

    Warm Up: Improve muscle endurance and fatigue resistance, so you can train longer and push yourself further. Apply to targeted muscle group prior to training and adjust the EMS Training Pads to a medium intensity setting for 5 minutes. This is recommended for strength training and muscle building. 

    Active Training: Improve overall muscle strength and training sessions that focus on pushing, pressing and pulling. Use during strength training workouts, up to 3 times per week, per muscle group. Start with a lower setting until your body is accustomed to the electrical impulses, then increase the intensity slowly as your body adjusts. 

    • Pain Relief & Muscle Relaxation

    Relaxation and Recovery: Use the EMS Training Pads on a lower setting to achieve a low-frequency, non-fatiguing stimulation to help your muscles recover faster. It can also increase blood flow and circulation to decrease soreness, stiffness and everyday aches. Do not use on high intensity setting. If your muscles are contracting, then your intensity setting is too high. 

    Use anytime at your convenience for general pain relief, or within 2 hours after a workout session to help muscle recovery.
